Katie Saintcross

Katie received her MSW from Boston College in 2006 and her LCSW credential in 2008. Since obtaining her degree, she has worked in both community and outpatient settings as well as management at the programmatic and organizational levels. Katie emphasizes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy with a specialization in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy when working with clients. Her areas of specialization include working with substance misuse disorders, codependency and trauma survivors.
Jenise Aydell-Hontiveros

Jenise has been practicing therapy in Louisiana since 2007 upon her graduation from Southern University of New Orleans with a masters degree in social work. Jenise works with adolescents and adults on a multitude of life difficulties but primarily focuses on depression, anxiety, panic, family stressors, low self esteem, mood difficulties, and overall life stressors. Jenise utilizes mindfulness, solution focused and cognitive behavior therapies along with EFT when appropriate.

Since receiving a Masters of Social Work degree from Tulane University in 2016, Candace has practiced as a therapist in hospital and outpatient settings. Candace utilizes a variety of approaches and modalities in her work including trauma focused and mindfulness-based therapies to identify her clients unique strengths, help them develop the resources needed for healing.

Elysia received her MSW from Tulane University in 2010 and has practiced clinical social work in both community and outpatient settings. Elysia is dedicated to the use of evidence-based treatment and her theoretical framework is rooted in attachment theory. In her practice, she utilizes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy. Her primary areas of focus are severe-persistent mental illness, trauma and codependency.

Victoria received her MSW from Southern University at New Orleans in 2017. Since receiving her degree, she has practiced in inpatient, outpatient, and community mental health settings. She works with individuals experiencing trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship and family issues, mood disorders and postpartum concerns. She uses evidence-based practices to provide an affirming, non-judgmental and empathetic environment.
Maddison Gruenig

Maddison received her Masters of Social Work Degree from Louisiana State
University in 2020. Since receiving her degree, she has worked in community, outpatient and inpatient settings with adults, adolescents and children. Maddison has experience working with clients who have dual diagnoses, trauma and substance misuse. She is particularly interested in working with veterans and active military service members. She has continued to advance her training by becoming EMDR trained in 2022.

She focuses on Internal Family Systems therapy in her work with individuals who have mental health concerns, substance use disorders, and professional or relationship conflict, to assist them in clarifying goals and achieving wellness.

Heather received her Masters of Social Work at Tulane University in 2010. She has worked in the field of social work the past 12 years with adults in hospital, residential and substance abuse treatment facility settings and has provided resources to those in need through community outreach.
She has experience treating depression, anxiety, substance misuse, eating disorders, relationship issues, and trauma, as well as active military and veteran’s issues. Heather is a psychodynamic therapist and emphasizes mindfulness practice to establish a non-judgmental, honest, and strengths-based environment with her clients.
Gabriella Ortiz

Since receiving her Masters in Social Work from Tulane University in 2014, Gabriella has worked with perinatal populations, those with pregnancy-related concerns, parents of children with special needs, those suffering from chronic pain, victims of domestic violence, members of the LGBTQ+ community, and adults with symptoms of anxiety, depression and stress. Gabriella utilizes a variety of approaches and modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Motivational Interviewing, to empower clients to set and reach their goals.
